I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and always had a smile and a hello for me. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a clean and comfortable bedroom that had a fantastic view. The location was great, as it was within easy walking distance to the town center and close to transportation options. Additionally, the breakfast was freshly cooked and delicious.

The hotel met expectations, it had great breakfast and service. The property is easy walk to Fullarton Parish Church. Loved it.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, situated in a quiet area but still within easy walking distance to all the amenities that Ayr has to offer. You can also take a short walk to the shore, which is a great bonus. the rooms are comfortable and clean, with en suite bathrooms. the staff are friendly and provide excellent service. In terms of breakfast, there are options available, including a continental option. the hotel also offers free car parking, making it convenient arriving by car.
The shower pressure could be improved.

the room was very clean and well presented. the staff were more than helpful
on arrival the room was a little cold but the heating was on within the first half hour and soon started to heat up. also i did not know how to contact reception from my room or what the wifi code was. i was provided this on asking at reception later with no problem

Location was nice and food was excellent. Room was spacious and comfortable.
Douvet was a bit thin for the time of year. Was very cold in the morning.

Staff brilliant, high-quality food, clean and great place to stay. Always have a smile and hello from staff. Warm and comfortable bed, freshly cooked breakfast. Excellent location, fantastic view, central.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel had a beautiful building and the staff were really friendly. the restaurant and bar had a decent selection of food and drinks, which were enjoyable. the size of the rooms was ample, providing a comfortable stay.
The rooms themselves were quite dated and the TVs were small. the location of the hotel was just average, as the town didn't offer much to do.

Stayed in a beautifully decorated, old building in a great central location. Our room was spacious and comfortable with a clean ensuite bathroom. Enjoyed a delicious meal at the restaurant with attentive staff and reasonable prices.
The heating took a while to warm up and it was rather chilly in the room upon arrival. The pillows were also uncomfortable and the shower had poor water pressure.
